In this sushi course our expert Chef will guide you through every step of the process. From the selection and preparation of fresh ingredients to the final preparation and presentation of your own sushi masterpieces. You will learn how to work with high quality sushi rice, how to cut the fish precisely and how to roll your own rolls with elegance and dexterity.
During the course, you will explore a variety of sushi styles, including nigiri, maki, gunkan and temaki. In addition, you will learn the tricks of decoration and presentation to create visually stunning dishes. You’ll learn a bit about the history and culture of sushi, as well as the importance of seasonality and freshness in Japanese cuisine.
