Here are the delicious desserts that you will prepare in this pastry workshop:
- Paulova with chantilly and strawberries: A light and crunchy meringue base, which crumbles softly to the touch, with a tender and fluffy interior. On top, a generous cloud of creamy and delicate whipped cream provides a silky texture that embraces every bite. Everything is topped with fresh strawberries.
- Lemon pie: Sablé dough base that will be left to cool and molded into tartlets to bake and have a crispy base. Then, it will be filled with lemon cream adding an Italian meringue that will be blowtorched at the time of assembly to give it an acid touch.
- Almond financier with mascarpone cream and raspberries: Delicate golden sponge base impregnated with the unmistakable aroma of toasted almonds that caresses the nose. On top, a generous layer of creamy mascarpone with its subtle freshness that melts on the palate. To top it off, raspberries add their acidic and juicy touch, bursting with every bite. A delicacy.
- Chocolate tartlets: Golden and delicately crunchy shortcrust pastry base that crumbles with irresistible softness at the first bite.

Who is our Chef teaching this pastry class?
Esmeralda was a contestant of MasterChef 4th edition. Passionate about gastronomy in its different aspects, she started being self-taught. She is a reader and collector of gastronomic bibliography and everything related to cooking and gastronomy.
After her participation in the 4th edition of Masterchef, she decided to train professionally, graduating in Cooking and Pastry. In addition, she took multiple complementary training courses with renowned chefs, including a master’s degree in rice dishes.
In addition, in the professional field, she has worked as head chef in several restaurants in Valencia. She combines it with showcookings and collaborations for food companies both in the Valencian Community and in the rest of Spain. She teaches cooking workshops for children, adults and people with functional diversity for different Associations and City Councils. It is to this activity that she is currently dedicated professionally.
