Description
Traditional Valencian Paella course where you will learn the authentic recipe of the traditional Valencian Paella and all its secrets. In this cooking course, our Master Paella Chef will explain the techniques and secrets to cook a delicious paella. You will learn how to choose the best ingredients, the different types of rice and cooking methods, and how to get the much appreciated “socarrat”. While cooking you will have some olives and french fries, to accompany a glass of vermouth and enjoy the extraordinary wines of Venta del Puerto and Reymos, to finish in an unforgettable meal with everything prepared.
